Who we are and have been for a decade:
FurDeLis Pet Transport has been transporting pets across the U.S. for over a decade. Our premier pet transport service is known for being safe, responsible, professional, and caring every mile of the way from point A to point B. Our customized cargo van is designed for the comfort of our pet passengers, from a 250lbs large breed dog, to the tiniest of puppies (our puppy travelers never touch the ground). Our cat passengers travel comfortably with everything they need in their kennel. We have transported a 100-year-old Tortoise, peacocks, chinchillas, sugar gliders, birds, reptiles, and even fish!

How long does the average transport take?
Most transport is 2-3 days. Cross-country transports can be 5-7 days from coast to coast. Weather and traffic are factors in how long a transport takes. We do stop 3-4 times a day to give relief breaks to all pet passengers. Walking pets. Giving them time to relax and stretch their legs. Puppies never touch the ground and are not walked. At each break, kennels are cleaned, water replenished, and if it is meal time, meals served.
Will my pet ever be left alone in the cargo van? Where do they sleep at night?
The ONLY time your pet will be alone is when the driver needs to use the restroom. All other times, the driver is with the pet passengers. Our cargo van is equipped with a bed for our driver to sleep at night, allowing them to care for your pets if a pet-friendly hotel is unavailable. We often drive through long stretches of road and stop at Love's or Pilot secure truck stops for rest and relief breaks.
What does my pet need to travel?
By USDA guidelines, we require up-to-date vaccination records and a Veterinarian's Health Certificate, which must be completed at least 10 days before pickup. This form ensures that all pets are free from contagious illnesses and parasites. Your pet will need you to supply food for the trip, so their diet doesn't change. Please pack their leash, favorite toy or blanket, and ensure they have a good collar or harness for the trip.
How do I book your services?
Reach out to us and provide us with information about your pet(s) and the dates of your desired transport. If we have available kennel space on our routes, we send you a text asking for the transport details. Once we have your pickup and drop-off information, we email you a contract and a 50% deposit invoice. The deposit secures your kennel space and dates of transport.
Our Cancellation policy is a full refund of your deposit if you cancel 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
